Cubber is not responsible of recharge for an incorrect mobile number and DTH account number. You are the responsible for any incorrect numbers. If a transaction performed by you, money has been charged to your card or bank account. If failed to complete this transaction within 24 hours then you may inform us by email, sending message Include the prepaid mobile number and DTH account number with all details and your money will be refundable. All refunds will be credited in your closed wallet. You can trigger a request to Cubber wallet to transfer money from wallet back to source. It will take 2-10 days from the money to your bank account.

Make sure Cubber never transfer your Earning Commission/Offer Cashback/Referral Cashback/Promotional Commission in your bank account.

Customer return/replace policy in Cubber Mall

* once customer purchase any products from cubber mall so customer will return that products with in 7 days periods..

* In return policy customer have to shipped that products from customer side to seller address and that charges will be credited in cubber wallet once Seller received product from courier.

However no Products will be accepted by the Seller if:

1. The Products have been damaged by the User.
2. If there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product.
3. If as per the Seller the product returned is not the Product that was delivered.
4. Any other circumstances that the Website and/or the Seller may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.

In case of returns/Exchange:

1. Return/Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
2. The tags on the product should be intact.
3. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
4. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Following situations may arise:

1. Item was defective
2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
3. Products was / were missing
4. Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
